Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer the following shipping options for all Canadian orders:
- Standard Shipping — $12.00 CAD (Free on orders over $75.00 CAD)
- Express Shipping — $20.00 CAD
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for Standard, 1–3 business days for Express.
United States Shipping We ship to the United States with the following weight-based rates:
- Standard International — Free on orders over $100.00 CAD
- Standard International (up to 0.5 kg) — $7.90 CAD
- Standard International (0.5 kg – 1.5 kg) — $19.90 CAD
- Standard International (1.5 kg – 30 kg) — $29.90 CAD
- Express International (up to 1.5 kg) — $34.90 CAD
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. ISJ Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at isjlashesbeautyltd@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Digital Products Digital products (planners, guides, and mentorship programs) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees or timelines.
